What full spectrum means

Full spectrum CBD oil is made with a hemp extract that keeps more of the plant's natural compounds alongside the CBD, rather than CBD on its own. If you'd prefer CBD on its own, see our pure CBD oil.

Strengths and drops

The FSA advises healthy adults to have no more than 10 mg of CBD a day. Each 10 ml bottle holds about 200 drops.

250 mg: about 8 drops for 10 mg, lasts 25 days
500 mg: about 4 drops for 10 mg, lasts 50 days
1000 mg: about 2 drops for 10 mg, lasts 100 days
1500 mg: 1 drop a day (7.5 mg), lasts about 200 days

Is full spectrum CBD oil legal in the UK?

CBD oil sold as food in Great Britain has to be on the FSA's CBD public list. Every strength of ours is on it, with its own FSA product ID.

Which strength should I choose?

All strengths contain the same oil. A stronger bottle needs fewer drops to reach 10 mg and lasts longer, so it usually costs less per day.
