Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us through our contact page and we'll send you the returns address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

For health and hygiene reasons we can only take back bottles and tubs that are unopened, with the seal intact.

We'll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of getting it back. The cost of sending it back to us is yours.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. If we need the item back, we'll pay for the return.

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
