What pure CBD means
Pure CBD oil is made with CBD on its own, separated from the rest of the hemp extract and mixed into a carrier oil. You'll sometimes see it called CBD isolate. If you'd like an oil that keeps more of the hemp extract, see our full spectrum CBD oil.
Strengths and drops
Each 10 ml bottle holds about 200 drops. One drop is about 2.5 mg of CBD in the 500 mg oil, 5 mg in the 1000 mg and 10 mg in the 2000 mg. The FSA advises healthy adults to have no more than 10 mg of CBD a day.
- 500 mg: up to 4 drops a day, lasts at least 50 days
- 1000 mg: up to 2 drops a day, lasts at least 100 days
- 2000 mg: 1 drop a day, lasts about 200 days
